AlphaHost.in provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services under these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms, forming a binding contract. These comply with Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and DPDP Act, 2023.​

Services and Eligibility

We offer shared/WordPress hosting, domains, business hosting, and theme store products via HPanel at hpanel.alphahost.in. Services require users to be 18+ or have guardian consent; businesses must provide accurate details. No uptime guarantee specified; typical 99.9% targeted.​

Payment and Billing

Payments via accepted methods; prices exclude taxes (GST applicable). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 7 days prior; refunds limited to 30-day money-back on hosting (no domains). Late payments incur 1.5% monthly fees; services suspend after 7 days delinquency.​

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited: illegal activities, spam, malware, excessive resource use, adult content without approval, copyright infringement. We monitor for violations; accounts terminate without refund. Customer content remains theirs; we disclaim liability.​

Domain Services

Domains follow ICANN/registrar rules; we act as reseller. No liability for registration failures or disputes; privacy options available. Transfers require EPP code; expirations auto-renew if funds available.​

Limitation of Liability and Termination

Services “as-is”; no warranties for downtime, data loss, or third-party claims. Liability capped at 12 months’ fees. We terminate for breaches with notice; users cancel via HPanel. Data retained 30 days post-termination.​

Governing Law and Updates

These Terms governed by Indian law, jurisdiction in Guwahati courts. Updates posted online; continued use accepts changes. Last updated December 12, 2025. Disputes via support@alphahost.in first.
