AlphaHost.in offers refunds under specific conditions to ensure fair service evaluation. Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of 12 month services within 30 days; no refunds for domains, VPS, or renewals.
Eligible Refunds
Shared and WordPress hosting qualify for a 30-day money-back guarantee if canceled via HPanel before renewal. Process refunds to original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus transaction fees (2-5%)
Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations (ICANN policy prohibits refunds post-registration).

Theme store products (digital downloads non-refundable post-delivery).

Setup fees, overage charges, or add-ons like SSL certificates.

Refund Process
Submit requests via support ticket in HPanel with order details. Approvals reviewed within 48 hours; denied requests explained. Partial refunds possible for proven service failures (e.g., <99% uptime)
Exclusions and Limits
No refunds for buyer’s remorse, poor performance due to customer code, or after 30 days. Multiple refunds per user limited to one per service type. Policy complies with Indian Consumer Protection Act.
