Eligibility and Accounts: Users must be 18+ and provide accurate information for registration. Accounts are for personal use; sharing credentials is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for violations without notice.

Products and GPL License: All themes/plugins are licensed under GNU GPL v2+. You may use, modify, redistribute, or resell them freely, provided source code is included and original notices retained. No support/updates from original authors; products sold “as is” without warranties. Prohibited: Claiming proprietary ownership, removing GPL notices, or using trademarks of original developers.

Payments and Subscriptions: Prices in INR; payments via secure gateways. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime via account dashboard. No refunds post-download (see Refund Policy). Taxes apply per Indian law.

Prohibited Conduct: No illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or reselling as non-GPL. Fair use limits excessive downloads for resale on competing GPL sites.

Liability Limitation: Maximum liability equals fees paid in prior 6 months. Not liable for theme compatibility, security, or losses from use.

Governing Law: India laws apply; disputes in [Your City] courts. We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
