Refund Policy

Digital products are non-refundable post-download/access due to instant delivery. Exceptions: Non-functional files (prove within 24 hours) or undelivered orders – refunds in 7 days via original method.

Memberships: No refunds after any download.
No refunds for: Changed mind, compatibility issues, lack of support/updates, or removed items.
Chargebacks incur 2000 INR fee; disputed via support first.

Process requests at support@alphahost.in with order ID. Pro-rata for subscription changes.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with laws; prohibited activities include spam, hacking, malware, child exploitation, or terrorism support. No proxy/VPN for abuse, warez, phishing, or sanctioned countries (OFAC list).

Resource abuse (e.g., excessive bandwidth) leads to suspension.
Reselling: Allowed under GPL but not for competing GPL marketplaces beyond fair use.
Report violations to support@alphahost.in; we cooperate with authorities.

Violations result in termination without refund. India IT Act 2000 governs.
